Common questions
What should I wear for my dallas photography portrait session?
I’ll always suggest you dress for timeless style. Usually solid, figure flattering and tailored clothes are best. I try to suggest staying away from matching outfits, but propose that outfits are color coordinated to show of each individual style. I’ll be happy to work with you more on this in further detail based on your session.
When can I book my bridal portrait session?
Usually at least a month in advance for your wedding date or whenever you receive the dress back from final fittings. Oh and of course, when your hair and makeup stylist is available!

What time during the day should I schedule my portrait session?
The short answer is whenever the sun is on the horizon which means early morning or early evening before sunset. Usually that’s when light is it’s best and normally the coolest part of the day.
Do you offer wedding albums?
All books and albums are designed in-house. With a love for graphic design and a background in corporate communications, I personally create albums with a storyboard approach. All albums are printed locally in Dallas.
How many images will I receive from my portrait session or wedding?
Likely hundreds! I’m often click happy and love to capture every moment during a wedding and portrait session. There are so many subtle differences in each image, but only the absolute best images will make their way to your album, gallery or collection of images.
Can I order prints?
Absolutely! I’m a huge proponent of printing your photos! We all live with thousands of images on our phones or computers and too often life happens, electronics fail and we’ve lost years of memories. Print your photos in books and traditional flat prints or canvas frames and enjoy them every day! Ask me about our online galleries where you can view images and order prints and products from your portrait session or event.
How many hours can I book on wedding day?
I prefer to approach your big day as a documentary photographer would, which means I love to capture the moments way before the ceremony and reception even take place. I’ll start with you for prep time – usually hair and makeup all the way to send off.
